A: We only sell and ship items to
Canadian or USA residents.
Q: Do you have a minimum price for
orders?
A: Yes, minimum price for an order is

Q: Are you selling new items? or If
I need something I don't see on your site,
can you get it for me?
A: No, all items are used or new in open
package. What
you see on the site is what we have.
Once the items are sold, they're off the
site.
Q: Why can't I add an item to the
shopping cart more than once?
A: Because we only have one of each item
listed.
Q: How do I pay for the items?
A: All payments are handled via
PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you
will be instructed on how to create an
account and proceed with the payment.
We require payment before we ship the item.
Q: Can I pay by cheque, cash or any other
form?
A: Sorry but no. We only accept
payments via PayPal.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs depend on where you live
in Canada or USA and what item you are purchasing
(weight). Shipping costs will be added
to the invoice emailed to you by PayPal
Q: What condition is the equipment in?
A: Each item listed on our Web site has
condition information. Condition
ranges from "Like New" (new item but opened)
to "As is" (working but with quirks).
We usually try to list the issues (if any)
with the items.
Q: Can I return the merchandise?
A: No sales are final ; no returns

Q: I received an electronic invoice from
PayPal but I have changed my mind and don't
want to buy anymore, what do I do?
A: You don't have to do anything. When
payments are not processed within 5 days of
invoicing, we consider the transaction null
and we delete the invoice. There is no
charge to you for doing this. This
allows you to see the full invoice (items
and shipping) prior to submitting your
payment.
Q: Do I have to pay taxes on the items you
sell?
A: No, we are not a store and this is a
private sale. |
